What Can You Make With an ARCHY CNC Machine?
An ARCHY CNC machine is only worth its price when it makes something people pay for. The applications below are the ones our customers run every day: cabinet doors and furniture parts on routers, countertops and memorials on stone machines, sheet metal on fiber lasers, thick plate on plasma tables, and permanent marking on metal parts.
Each section lists three production jobs with the machine type that handles them best. If you already know your material and output target, jump straight to the section that matches it.
Where these applications come from. Every job described here has been quoted, configured and shipped by our engineering team. Wood, stone and metal behave differently, so spindle power, bed size, controller and dust or water extraction are matched to the material and the batch size rather than to a generic specification sheet.
How to choose between them. Start from three numbers: the largest workpiece you need to fit, the thickness or hardness you cut, and how many pieces per day you must ship. Those three answers usually narrow the machine family to one or two options, and the tooling package follows from there.
Wood CNC Router Applications
Panel and solid wood work: cabinet doors, furniture parts, 3D relief and dimensional signage. Available with single or dual spindles, vacuum beds and nesting tables.

Kitchen Cabinet Doors With Decorative Routing
MDF and solid oak doors are profiled and panel-detailed in one clamping. A 1325 router with a door tooling package covers a full kitchen set in a single shift.

Custom Wooden Signage and Dimensional Letters
V-carving, pocketing and profile cutting produce crisp shop signs and letters straight from vector artwork, with no secondary hand work.

Automatic tool change routers for batch production where one program needs drilling, grooving and edge profiling without stopping the machine.

Nested Cabinet Production With Automatic Tool Change
A 6 or 8 position tool magazine lets the machine drill, groove and cut a full nest of cabinet parts with no operator intervention between tools.

Solid Wood Doors Machined in One Setup
Cutter changes are handled by the tool changer, so stile and rail doors, louvres and raised panels come off the table finished and ready to sand.

Compact desktop and mid-size routers for makers, small studios and start-up workshops working in wood, acrylic, MDF and soft plastics.

Personalised Wooden Gifts and Plaques
Names, logos and photo engravings are cut from one small machine, which makes custom gifts profitable even at single-piece quantities.

Small Wooden Crafts and Figurines
Two-sided roughing and finishing passes produce small sculptures, toys and ornaments that would be impractical to carve by hand in volume.

Infrared and CNC bridge saws for slab cutting, mitres and countertop fabrication in granite, marble, quartz and engineered stone.

Granite Kitchen Countertops
Automatic cutting programs run sink and hob cut-outs from a DXF drawing, with an infrared laser for alignment on full slabs.

45 Degree Mitre Cuts for Countertop Edges
Tilting head mitres let fabricators build seamless waterfall edges and thick-look aprons from standard 20 mm slabs.

Heavy-frame stone routers for lettering, 3D relief and art work in granite, marble, sandstone and jade.

Granite Headstones and Memorial Lettering
Sandblasting masks, deep V-cut lettering and portrait line work are all machined on the same bed, including shaped and polished blanks.

Jade and Semi-Precious Stone Carving
Fine-step finishing passes and water-cooled tooling hold detail on small jade, agate and onyx pieces where hand carving would be slow.

Automatic and edge polishing lines that take sawn stone to a uniform mirror finish, plus profile polishing for countertops and monuments.

Mirror Polishing of Granite Slabs
Multi-head polishing lines with controlled pressure and water flow deliver a consistent gloss reading across the full slab width.

Fiber laser cutters from 1.5 kW to 12 kW for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium and brass sheet, with exchange tables for continuous output.

Stainless Steel Sheet Cutting
Nitrogen-assisted cutting leaves oxide-free edges on 1 to 6 mm stainless, so parts go straight to welding or bending without secondary finishing.
