Product Overview
A CNC router is a computer-controlled cutting machine designed for precision woodworking. Driven by CAD/CAM software, it executes intricate designs with micron-level accuracy — carving, engraving and 3D profiling on wood, MDF, plywood, acrylic, PVC and non-ferrous metals.
Every Archy router is built around a thick-walled welded steel frame, stress-relieved and machined in one pass, with high-speed spindles up to 24,000 rpm and Taiwan Hiwin linear guides. Vacuum tables hold full sheets securely, while breakpoint-resume control restarts the job after a power cut or broken tool — so mass production stays consistent from furniture components to artistic sculptures, with lower labour cost and less material waste.
Advanced models add automatic tool changers, rotary axis and multi-axis control for 3D contouring. All machines are assembled, tested and pre-trained before shipment, with on-site installation and operator training available in overseas markets.
