Product Overview
An Archy laser CNC machine integrates advanced laser technology with CNC systems to deliver ultra-precise cutting, engraving and marking across metals, plastics, wood and ceramics — with minimal heat-affected zones, so intricate designs come out clean with very little material waste.
The fiber laser cutting line pairs MAX / Raycus sources (IPG optional) with Raytools auto-focus cutting heads, water chillers and Nesting-ready CypCut control, cutting carbon steel up to 20mm while running at high speed with low operating cost. The plasma line covers thicker, cost-sensitive plate work with Huayuan / Hypertherm sources and automatic torch height control, and the marking line adds permanent traceability for parts, tools and nameplates.
Automated workflows reduce manual intervention at every step — automatic focusing, height sensing, breakpoint resume and nesting software. Every machine is assembled, tested and pre-trained before shipment, with on-site installation and operator training available in overseas markets.
